Do you mean sim-locked or the device is asking for a password?

For the sim-locked device go to HorizonWirelessOnline.com - Horizon Wireless, Canada’s Cellular Repair Center ß

It sounds like it is password protected and you don't know the password?

If you're going to get the right help you need to be more descriptive. You've got everyone guessing here.

Have you tried checking with Companies that perform unlocking services? Members here will not have the code. You might try Horizenwireless (they are a sponsor here).

Good Luck!

i don't understand why people have such difficulties unlocking their phones with their carriers. I literally called ATT as a new customer 2 days after openning up my new account with my new curve and asked for the unlock code directly saying that I sometimes travel overseas. When my new blackberry failed one month later, I got my replacement and called in again to unlock my refurb.

Plus you generally have to be a subscriber to the service that phone was originally on for a set amount of time before they will give up the unlock code. So, if you have a locked AT&T phone on a T-Mobile plan then you would have to get the unlock code from AT&T and they are not going to help you out.

as i said above, got the unlock code 2 days after signing up with att (this was a little over a month ago) and then again got another code the same day i received my replacement refurb.
