Long story short, I'm now on my 4th (fourth) blackberry 8900 and I'm ready to throw it through a wall.

It just seems cheaply put together and I've had a ton of problems. While T mobile has been really good about it, the girl I've dealt with in the past took a better job and can no longer help me.

On my third 8900, I was unable to receive email or get facebook notifications. I brought it to her and she fixed it in a matter of minutes. I went in today, and this rude ***** refused to fix it bc she says, "only her boss is certified to touch blackberries"

Ugh

Anyways, what's the problem with this thing? The software is the most current version. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. I've had BB since 2006 and have loved it since my first one. I've got at least a dozen friends hooked on them and I'm ready to throw this thing through the T mobile building and get a treo or something that I can actually receive email on.

Four 8900s? Not so sure the problem is with the device....

1) speaker stopped working
2) second one had some kind of issue with the trackball. There were a lot of lag issues with it after two days, then the third or fourth day the trackball was barely working at all.
3) this one was my fault, it was dropped, but it was only from a height of about 2 feet (as I was taking it out of a cargo pocket). The "back" and "disconnect" buttons both came out from under the screen. I was able to replace them but they never worked the same.

You still haven't given us any kind of details as to your particular setup. As they noted, details are needed to try and diagnose a problem and provide a solution.
