hi guys
I would like to add my colleague to the Rim caller list(so that he can call rim etc to open tickets)
Can some1 guide me on how to do it online without myself(i am a registered rim caller) Rim?

You can add named callers using the BlackBerry Expert Support Center.

Once logged in, it's in the 'Support Staff Management' section in the 'Account' tab.
