After scheduled reboots, my BES doesn't sync mail. When I go into the services, (like this AM at 6:44) Dispatcher & Synchronization services are not running. Yet this entry in event viewer was logged at 4 am. (see attachment)

My question is: Does this event mean that "BlackBerryDispatcher.exe" ran?
What gives?

That means at the time listed the service started.

Do you see an event sometime after indicating that it stopped?

Unfortunately, no. That's the puzzling part.

Ok, then the BlackBerry application logs would be the next place to go.

Check the ALRT, CTRL, MAGT, and DISP logs ... look between 4am and 644am for a stoppage.
