Lock Screen with the letter P on the left

Default Lock Screen with the letter P on the left

I have a user that is getting 3 capital letter P's showing on the left side of her screen. This only appears to be on the lock screen. She sent me the following blurry picture



I have never seen this before, the user already has tried a battery pull. I think an OS upgrade should fix this, but I would like to know if anyone has seen anything like this before or has a cause/solution.

I've never seen that and google turns up nothing.

Does it persist after you toggle themes?

I had a user overwrite his Owner info with random characters.

It sort of looked like that when it locked.
