Is there a way to export the license keys from a BES along with the number of licenses per key? I know how to use bcp to export the list of licenses keys, but I have over 1000 licenses. Some keys are for one user license, some are 10, 50 or 100 users. I need to know which are which.

The number of users per license is embedded into the license itself so without reverse engineering the key algorithm, there's no way to tell aside from deleting or adding them into a BES.

i looked for a script and could not find one.

Most cals that are single and less than 10 show as BESCAL for me and the others show up as BESX35 with more than 10 CAL

Wow, seems like RIM dropped the ball on that one. I would of thought that the data would be stored in the sql database. But I guess not. So I have to actually look at each key in my BES to find out how many users it is for? Talk about a tedious job. Oh well, thanks for the info.

I have kept a list of all CALs and all their PO info for past 5 years, I dont trust any vendor.

yes it would be nice to give you an easy path, but maybe you can call T support and give them your list of CALs and they can tell you whats what.

Unfortunately I was handed this mess to clean up. I would have done as you and kept good records had I controlled it from the start, that said yes RIM has dropped the ball on a lot of things.
