Default Micro SD questions

Please Login to Remove!

For the 8300, I would like to purchase memory cards for 2 more of my 8300s. I already purchase a 2GB Premier card and it seems to work fine. For my personal. unit, I wanted to purchase a SanDisk microSDHC 4GB SDSDQ-4096, or maybe a
6GB SDSDQ-6144. I read in the RIM site that the units only support up to a 2 GB card.

Does anyone use the 4 GB or 6 GB card? Any problems?

4Gb cards work just fine. There are already threads on the topic if you want more info. Just search 4Gb microSD. You'll find them as there are several in the last few days.

I did not know there was a 6gb micrSD card available. SanDisk | Products | Memory Cards | microSD Cards

It should work fine though, I believe someone in the 8800 forum tested a prototype 8gb micrsd card in their 8800 and it worked just fine.

Thank you all for your replies.
I did search before I asked the question. But them I read some of these reviews on Amazon and I stared to worry about it. One guy says it is not compatible with is Pearl (yes I have an 8300) and some say that there is a physical problem with the size of the card.
