Yeah - I know. I had a user phone me today and tell me that her blackberry is receiving someone else's emails that also works within the company. They do not have similar names and this was out of the blue - both accounts have been activated for years. I checked their exchange mailboxes, nothing inside of them so it's either the BES or RIMs infrastructure.

Ever experience this?

I have not seen it, maybe there was a message recall done

Check your exchange logs? that should tell you where the message was sent to and from who

Found out it's not that the emails aren't for her, they just have the wrong name on them. This might be an issue with BBM as she accidently changed her name to the other girls name when she set up her BBM profile. Still not sure why that would affect email, but relieved that it's not actually picking up incorrect emails.
