Default One User able to send emails but not able to receive emails

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

I have a problem with one Blackberry user on my Blackberry enterprise server.
This user is able to sent emails but not able to receive emails. I've checked on the BB Enterprise server logs and didn't notice any problems. If I sent test email to this user on BB Enterprise server status of the last message is "Delivered to Device" but I didn't receive it (see attached picture)

I noticed one thing that is strange: On that user on BB Enterprise server for Active Carrier is different one that the one currently on device (see also attached picture). This user was on roaming and now is back on home carrier.

I tried to switch off and back on the device but no help (also with battery remove no luck....).

Could I do something or I have to repeat Enterprise activation once more.

User have the Service Account still on their account?

User mailbox over your limits?

1. Sorry I didn't get you. Which service account?

2. No user didn't reach mailbox limit.

It's device Perl 8100. I also tried to run on the device "Diagnostics test" (Options->Mobile Network -> Menu key -> Diagnostics Test and the results are:

Look at red part! "Connection to emailaddress : No".
P.S1. It does not allow me to post email addres so I've changed it to "emailaddress".
P.S2. I've also changed some parts with capital "X" (but in the original they are OK).

If no idea I will Activate device again. Hope it will not happen so often.

I activated device again and now it's working fine.... Hope it will not block again soon.
