open email and have it download the whole email & download more than one attachment

I am still somewhat new with managing BES and a user came to me with a request that when he opens an email he wants it to download the whole thing, that way he does not have to wait for it to download more when he scrolls down (used to have a treo). Is that something that can be changed?
He also said with his treo, that he could download and save more than one attachment at a time. I did not see a way you could do that. Is that possible?
It is BES 5.0 with a Bold 9000
