Q10 BB running OS10, PC Running Windows 10> Did not have previous Link app. Had let Desktop Manager lapse and did not replace. Did install of 1.2.0.5 2_859 with Link, Blend, and Drivers. Blend works and is synched. Link will not fire up.
Need to move files soon. Have new media card but can not move without Link.

If the Link software wont load try the updated version. I have 1.2.4.39 and it seems to work ok with windows 10. The version you listed is the installer driver. Go to preferences and then about for the version you have. If it not what I show then download the latest .
Blackberry Link does have some problems with USB ports on the computer. Try a different port if it indicated it does not see the phone.

Another thing to try is check to see if your phone is shown as a drive in windows file explorer. Mine is on drive f and I can access all the data on the memory card. You should be at least be able to move the info to the computer and put it on the new chip.

The Blend is not checked on my install.
another thought, if your using a company computer, check to see if they have placed any install restrictions on it (if you can). some company's block applications they do not allow. Mine does but not Link.
