Like all software (except maybe Hello World apps), pretty much guaranteed. Showstoppers? Not necessarily. Several companies have been using it for about a year now though. Depending on your environment you may want to wait for SP1.

A few weird in-place upgrade things I've noticed, if you have an empty group which is assigned a software configuration and/or IT policy, post the upgrade that group is not retained. You need to re-create your software configurations and application control policies post upgrade aswell. Docs only state that you'll need to recreate your admin users/roles etc - a few things missed out in the docs.
