The 9530 (CDMA/GSM) and the 9500 (GSM) are the versions of the Storm currently available. The 9530 is the one that Verizon offers on their CDMA network, and the 9500 is currently on Vodafone. Either device has been known to work on GSM carriers in the US once unlocked, but can only attain EDGE speeds.

Whether it is the best is subjective and depends on the user. I'd suggest going into a store and testing one out to see if it works for you.

I live in Venezuela and Im going to France next week and I wanna buy a new BB so I was thinking about Storm one... I just want to have a better BB xD ... what do you suggest me to buy?

In France you will only have access to the 9500. It's a good device, and you can also find the 8900 as well.
