I appreciate all of the feedback on the 7250 vs. 8703e. The big dilemma is whether I can get a Blackberry to meet my needs. I am a psychotherapist. I currently carry a cell phone and a pager. When I get paged, I have to call my voicemail service to see who is trying to get a hold of me. I am thinking of moving to a Blackberry. There is no service out there that I know of currently that combines a pager and a Blackberry. Therefore, I am limited to folks sending me a email message from their computer or a message from their Blackberry. What if someone wanted to leave me a voice message and get it to my Blackberry. Is there a solution for this? I guess it would be a voice to email translater? I really don't want to carry a Blackberry and a Pager. Also, how can I distinguish who is sending me a message. I get so much junk email. I don't want to have to grab my Blackberry every time it vibrates. Any help would be appreciated. The other option was to get a alpha numeric pager, but I don't want that and a Blackberry. Any suggestions, ideas etc.

Look at Webmessengers Message Alerts application. You can customize alerts by person and have them persistent or not. There is a link in my Blog. Also I thought there was at least one VM to email service people have working but I can't recall the thread.

I use Phonewire for voice to text; they have an automated system as well as an operator mediated system.
Notifire allows you to customize alerts by sender.
