I am wondering I have 4 BES users that are currently getting their good desktop(secure) e-mails, and then 10-15 minutes later the same e-mail is received using the same Desktop(secure)....
I'm confused I checked forwards in Exchange on BES...
Dont know where else to go... they dont have folder redirection and they do not use the BIS for any other e-mails.
is it possible they are running the desktop re-director AND the BES connection..we work with VZW, they send out the install( for the redirector) cd along with the phone and users feel compelled to install the software and select "work email".....
