Well,

I went thru the 4.2 O/S upgrade and it mucked things up for me so I went back to 4.1 with help of this Forum. I'm on Cingular U.S. Anyway, I went into the BIS webpage for filters and clicked on ?/Help icon and the handset gave me an error "Java SCripts Not Enabled for this Handset". Is this something I can enable or was it something I missed on the 4.1.xxx O/S reload ?

Go into your browser and then go to Options >Browser configuration. You can setup javascript there.
