Hi hoping any one can assist

When trying to use my BB9700 camera i get the below error message

"Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again."

i have removed the battery several times and have closed all possible applications

any advice please

Do you have a media card inserted into the device?

I have the same problem and my media card is inserted.
