Kev - With regards to your browsing, there's not much you can do to speed up the web 'n' walk. However I have downloaded a browser which speeds up browsing considerably. It's a browser called 'Opera Mini', just type into google and download straight from your phone. It uses up to 90% less data to load a webpage therefore speeding up your web browsing. It now takes me seconds rather than minutes to load a page. Okay, so it will never be as good as 3G browsing but it's the best we've got. Give it a go, you'll be pleased with the results

Yes lol thanks for the suggestion, but it doesn't work for me.
It seems every T-Mobile advisor loves to try the battery pull out whilst the phone is on, even if you tell them other advisors have tried it on numerous occassions, Sir can you remove the battery whilst the phone is switched on one last time for me?

I'll try that eddie thanks, I complained to T-Mobile about the problems, I got a call back from a complaints handler, very nice lady who actually listened to actual problems instead of jumping to false conclusions, she gave me a month of service free and told me to take it to the T-Mobile shop in town. I'm taking it tomorrow. Thanks to the guys who tried to help
