I don't believe there is a way to select multiple contacts for deletion.

Now if you want to clear your whole address book at one time there is a way to do that. It requires the use of Desktop Manager.

With your BlackBerry connected to your computer, open Desktop Manager and then click the Backup/Restore option. On the following screen there should be a button that says Advanced. Click that. On the screen that comes up next there should be two sides. On the right-hand side it will show the current databases on the BlackBerry. If you highlight the Address Book entry, then click the Clear button on the bottom, that should clear all the contacts.

If you sync with Outlook, you can delete multiple contacts there and perform a fresh sync. Those contacts you deleted in Outlook will be deleted from your BlackBerry.

Note: this solution is for BIS users who do a local sync via USB cable. Corporate BES users may not be able to do this.
