Default Running BB Media Sync on two computers.

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all some help please.

I am running Blackberry Desktop Manager (BDM) on two computers, home and work. I use BDM BB Media Sync to sync music on both computers. The problem is that when I am at work music that I have sync'ed at home does not show in the works computer BB Media sync and vice versa when I am home.

Example.

3 albums A & B & C with corresponding playlists on both machines.
Run BB media Sync at home and sync A & B. Go to work and use BB Media Sync and albums A & B not showing as being selected (no tick in box). Sync album C at work. Go home and albums A & B show as selected but C is not.

Is there any way of getting the two computers in line please? E.g. Both computer show albums A,B & C as being selected or not as the case may be.

If this has already been mentioned I appologise but I did a search and couldn't find anything similar.

You did not mention using any Itunes folders so It may just be the folders on one PC are out of sync. Maybe deleting on one computer and rebuilding. Although RIM does not indicate any form of content/copyright protection, it may be whats going on.

It may also just be an option difference on one pc.

BlackBerry Media Sync verison 3.0 allows BlackBerry smartphone users to transfer pictures to and from their BlackBerry® smartphone. Pictures obtained from the BlackBerry smartphone are transferred to a folder named 'BlackBerry' within the My Pictures folder on the computer by default whereas pictures from your computer can be obtained from multiple folders.

The options to import and synchronize pictures are located within the 'BlackBerry Device Pictures' and 'Computer Pictures' selections under the Pictures tab within BlackBerry Media Sync version 3.0.
