Can I setup a BES 4.0 server in a Small Business Server 2K3 environment? I keep hearing conflicting stories in that if I do, I would have to install BES on the SBS 2k3 Server. Is this correct? Or can I install it on a seperate server?

I know in a full blown Server 2K3, Exchange 2K3, BES setup, I would use a seperate server for each, but how about using SBS 2K3?

Device users would be 15-20 users.
SBS 2k3 server is P4 3.2ghz 1GB ram, 80GB HD.

I have just completed an install of BES 4.0 in an SBS 2k3 environment. I used a seperate server, as I would recommend you do. Everything went well and is working well now.

Ok. Thats what I thought as well for disaster recovery purposes, server load, etc. Thanks a bunch.

Any suggested links or documents that you used to plan this out?
