Default Address Book Synchornising

Please Login to Remove!

Hi I have a Blackberry Pearl

everytime I create a new address in my Blackberry Pearl it does not replicate over to my Lotus Notes.

I have received my address book from my Lotus Notes however cannot send my Address Book from Blackberry to my lotus notes. So it seems 1 way synchronisation.

Have you made sure your Contacts View and Personal Address Book are in sync? BES is syncing the Contacts from your mail file with your handheld, so if you don't sync those Contacts with your Personal Address Book, they won't show up there. If you open the Contacts View and see your missing entries, hit the "Sync Address Book" button. If that's not the issue, calmly await the next reply.

I had a similar thing happen to me, I resolved it by setting the sync configurations. No problem since then

Verify the PIM sync on the BES is set to bidirectional?
also, do you have a NAB uploaded? Or are you roaming or inotes?
