Yes, MS Outlook is the better solution. If you are swapping phones (either permanently, or because you go back-and-forth to a "weekend phone") many phones (Nokia, Motorola, SonyEricsson, etc) can sync to MS Outlook 2003. So Outlook makes a decent replication hub
