I have just synced my phone with my computer calendar and contact list, and have lost a lot of the mumbers on my phone, is there any way I can get them back?

Something like that happened to me but with android phone, i tryed to sync with mac contact list and somehow i managed to overwrite phone numbers with the mac contact list which was almost empty.
I could never get those numbers back so i had to add them manually.
Your only real hope is if you made a backup of your Blackberry which would include those numbers. If you don't do a regular backup, you very well may be out of luck.
