I've surfed a lot to find a solution, but I didn't find anything useful.

I've also found instructions on this site (under BlackBerryFAQ section) but later I've read they are only for OS 4.2 and lower.

I have also tried to show all icons, etc.

So, how to get maps icon on my Bold from O2 network. I am not using it with O2?

Have you searched in all of the folders on your Home Screen?

Yes, I've searched downloads, applications, IM, etc... I unhided icons... No BBmaps icon :(

I've now also tried changing to un-official themes. Still cannot find Bbmaps icon :(

Go to Options>Advanced Options>Applications. Do you see it in the list of applications?

Yes, I see "BlackBerry Maps 4.6.0"

do you have a BB Data plan? The BBMaps icon will only be shown if you have a BlackBerry DataPlan.
