So yesterday i get a call from the company im with witch is Telus . The guy ask me if im aware of my blackberry plan? i said i wasnt cause im clueless at this kinda stuff . The dealer said when i bought my pearl that for 55$ CND that i would have 4 Megs of data (and he said it was alot) witch i have not clue how much that is?

So he told me that i used in the last month 12 Megs witch he said is gonna be 95$ extra on my bill . I dont use data at all exept a little BB messenger. so he told me for 5$ extra my data would be unlimited so i took it ...BUT is their any other suprises that i should look out for?

If you now have an unlimited data plan, you will be fine. Another Telus user here can help you with your best plan.

12mb? well i use ALOT more than BB messenger, but i use more than 12mb per day. I am lucky i am not on any Canadian Carriers and have unlimited data here in the states

Why would you laugh? I think it's pretty good customer service that they called and told you. Unlimited plans are the best way to go for BB.

i agree, i use 8-10mb a day, i use my BB like a computer when im not near one,
although that is awesome customer service calling you and letting you know you are over and that there is a better plan for you!

yeah, the only time i had AT&T call me is when they thought i had used my device for tethering. I was over 1gb/mo of usage without tethering.

That is going to be my goal next month 1GB on att and 1GB on TMO

gotta be without tethering with it i used just under 3gb on VZW last month
