Hi

I work a 4 on and 2 off shift schedule. Is there an app out there I can get to set my calendar up for my schedule. Helps me know my off days and such months in advance.

Look and see what calendar apps are there. I don't know if there is one to fit your needs or not.

I haven't exactly worked it out in this instance, but I recall similar questions before, and can't you schedule it in multiple repeating appointments?

For example, call Appointment #1 the first day, which repeats 6 days later, after the 2 days, and then again after every 6 days. Then appointment #2, the second day on, repeats again after every 6 days. And so forth for Appointment/Day on #3 and #4.

Or am I wrong?

Create 4 appointments, each with your working hours. If you are a firefighter or in another profession that keeps you away from home for 96 hours straight, you could cheat and create a single 96-hour long appointment.

In each appointment, open the details, scroll down to the "Recurrance" option, and set it to Daily, then every 6 days.
