how to remove screenlock
Please Login to Remove!
I kept pressing buttons with my face while talking on the phone so I downloaded screenlock. Nothing really changed so I want to remove it from my phone but I can't find it anywhere. I've looked in all my files tried the universal search but it's nowhere to be found. I know it's there because when I turn on my phone screenlock asks for permision to my information. How can I get it completely off my phone?

To be clear, did you look in options > applications > third party ?
If not, do it, find the app, highlight, open menue, select delete.

Re: how to remove screenlock
If it is an app you downloaded and installed, it should be there, unless it has been removed.
But you indicated it is still installed and you are trying to find it and remove. Did I understand correctly? How exactly do you know that it is still installed?
Assumeing it is installed but isn't listed in options/applications, then all I know to suggest is do a hard reset and then doublecheck.

Re: how to remove screenlock
I know it' there because when I turn my phone on, screenlock asks for permission to my information like regular apps after I install them. I'm not sure what a hard reset is, but I've tried to turn my phone off and removing the battery already.

Re: how to remove screenlock
Ok...I forgot what you wrote about permission prompt.
Don't turn it off before the battery pull. Leave it on, pull the battery, wait at least 30 seconds. But go ahead and wait a good minute this time....and pull the battery with the power on. Then check again.

I'm not sure how turning my phone off will get rid of an app but I did it and it's still here.

Re: how to remove screenlock
Note I am being very precise in what I write:
You said you turned off your BlackBerry and removed the battery. I said DO NOT turn the BlackBerry off before the battery pull. Do the battery pull with the power still on.
Doing what I said is a hard reset. A battery pull with the power on is how you rest a BlackBerry. It is THE first troubleshooting step and it fixes most weird stuff most of the time.
If you have done the battery pull in the manner I described, then I don't know what else to advise, short of wiping and reinstalling the OS. But I recommend you see what others say before you do that.

Re: how to remove screenlock
.... I have a better idea. See what you think of this.
If you have done the hard reset and still cannot find that app to delete it,
1 - Do a full backup. If you have paid apps that you need to backup, do that too. (Do a search on backing up third-party apps if you have to.)
2 - Do a secuirty wipe from the device options, and select to delete third-party apps. (The wipe could take a while. Let it finish.)
3 - Reinstall your data and your apps.
