Default Best Earbud for BB 7510

Please Login to Remove!

I am looking for an alternative to the standard issue BB earbud. I prefer the earbud but would consider a headset (if not too big). The OEM earbud is just too quiet...can hardly hear anyone.......yes, i have checked the volume...

I use a Jabra Earwave Bud with my 7510. It doesn't have a push to talk button though, like the Earwave Boom. I liked the boom better, but it isn't compatiable with my 7510 (I had an i710 with it before). Overall, everyone says they hear me fine on it.

I just ripped off the part that stopped the Earwave Boom from working with the 7510 (it was a piece that helps keep it in the other nextel phones). Once I did that, Im able to use it fine (and it sounds great too) with my BB7510.

does the PTT button still work after you ripped of the extra part? I just went out and bought another earboom without PTT button because I never thought to rip that part off.

I have found the Etymotics Ety-Com headset to work very well. I don't like some of the latest Jabras due to the wrap around the ear feature, and find the Ety-Com to be very comfortable. I have also found that the sound quality is much better--both for the me and the person I am talking to. www.etymotics.com

Also just came across this in a review on WSJ--www.jawbone.com
