Given the Lotus Notes Enterprise Server seamless sync with e-mail, tasks, calendar and address. In the address book, only front page data appears onBB - Name, address, telephone numbers. Can material from Briefcase ( notes on meetings, personal info., etc.) be transferred to BB device?

not that I've ever found. We use an old ass version of the BES though, so maybe 4.x allows this. I doubt it though.

That is what I thought. One of those adjustment things moving from palm based Kyocera to BB. However, not having to sync, is still huge plus.
I will experiment with notes in fields for future contacts and see if that is the away around it.

You can enter information on you handheld into "notes" on a persons address card and it will show up in Lotus Notes under the comments tab in your address book card.
