I keep getting truncated email messages. Is there a way to force it to load the rest of the message? I didn't see an option on the menu.

Great question. This has only started recently for me though. I don't believe I have changed any relevant settings, FWIW.

Don't think their is anyway if the message is over 8MB for both email and any attachments

The message size is only 95kB. I am getting fairly long html emails (new listings for houses that get sent everyday) and it always says "truncated" part way down. I can only view the whole thing by going into my Outlook.

I feel your pain. I am on a trading list that emails me once or twice a day, maximum of 25 items... I can never see the last 10 items or so, it is always truncated. I have searched the settings and found nothing. I did find this on BB site:


Overview

When scrolling to the bottom of a newly received email message, the following is displayed:

Truncated <number of bytes received>

The BlackBerry smartphone can receive a maximum of 32 KB of compressed data in the message body. This is by design.


Which seems to be a short and concise way to say "tough luck, that's just how it is"
