how long does it take to delete a pending user from BES 4.1. I deleted a user about 20 min ago and im trying to readd user but its still says pending delete. i even removed him from the besprofile.nsf and gets the same message. its telling me to recover before i can add him.

I can not remeber exactly place. since I am not at office now,

I know there is a menuitem that allow you to force delete user without waiting.

Duster, have you already setup your SQLSERVERAGENT to schedule run these BES specific jobs?

• RIMPurgeHistoryBESMgmt starts every week on Sunday at 1:00 AM.
• RIMPurgeDeletedUsersBESMgmt starts every week by on Sunday at 2:00 AM.
• RIMPurgeWorkQueueBESMgmt starts every week on Sunday at 2:00 AM.
