i received this item as a gift. i went to the product website, downloaded the proper driver, went through all the steps and tried to add through desktop manager and i got the message saying "no additional applications designed for your device were found"

there was another option of downloading OTA so i tried that. i went to the site and it said i should download stowaway.jad.

when i click to download, it asks me where i should save it. i've tried a couple of places not knowing exactly where to put it and nothing has worked. in the manual it says to save it to the device and not a media card which i did but i just don't understand.

You need to download and install the Handheld OS for the 8320 onto your Desktop.

yeah, when i did my search to try and figure out the problem, i ran across that solution but it didn't work

the original cd doesn't come with installation driver for BB... was able to find it via iGO site.

But my Curve 8310 cannot pair the keyboard which keeps asking for a passkey. tired to type in any possible passkey but didn't work.

As far as I could tell, the disc and guide that came with my iGo keyboard were of no use in installing it with my Blackberry Curve 8310. And there wasn't anything to tell me that either.

The 24 point plan at the link below actually worked, and my keyboard is now functioning together with my 8310!!!

I can't get it to install on my 8310. It continues to say digital signatures are invalid. I think it may be because of the IT policy setting changes that occured when I installed Blackberry Unite! Can any one help? If not i guess I will have to take the keyboard back.
