I have been given a 8110??? blackberry But I don't have the password for the phone. I am down to the last try. can someone help me so I can use the phone. I belonged to my daughter who passed away and I just want to be able to use it if I can. I think that 8110 is the type. Not sure. Telstra told me to contact Blackberry.

If you exceed the 10 trys all that will happen is the phone will be wiped of all data the original user put on it. Photos, media, applications. the phone will be as a new one and from there if you have it activated with the carrier you can use it. You will also need a blackberry data plan to use all the features of the phone.
