You shouldnt have to have the BES admin reactivate if you have a MAPI profile created on the machine you are upgrading from(only confirmed my my exchange 2003 environment)

Ixxx8217;ve upgraded this latest software on my BB 8820. I cannot back up my device now. It is giving me an error message xxx8220;Error backing up database(s)xxx8221;. Please help.

BlackBerry Messenger froze on me a couple of times so going back to 108.

Anybody really understood what "Wireless Update" stands for?
It doesn't upgrade anything, cuz there are no updates.
Just like everybody else i feel overjoyed with new useless line in the settings menu, but still.^_^

Thats not true! If you install 4.5 on a T-Mobile 8820, the service books for blackberry IM get messed up, and you get the error "Service not enabled for this handheld."
