Problems Restoring On-board Memory

I used Desktop Manager 5.0 to switch from one Bold to another today. (both on BIS). Everything worked fine except it did not restore the back-up of on-board memory to the new device.
I tried to go into the advanced restore of DM, but on-board memory is grayed out. Any help would be appreciated!
