Hi All. I have searched high and low and tried many recommended solutions from different sites with no luck and being that my situation is a bit different, I figured maybe there is someone here good enough to help. Up to a challenge?
Ok, here is the low down -
Blackberry 8310. Less than 2 years old. Here is the kicker making it unique - it is run on AT&T but no internet plan on the phone. Basic package - calls and texting - no internet. No need for it on this phone.
Ok so during a texting session at 2am, I got hit with the hourglass of death. Nothing basic fixes it. Tried battery out back in - no luck. Tried to take out SIM card and still get that spinning anooying hourglass.
So I download BB Desktop Software but when I try to plug in device nothing seems to be able to see the device (the pc sees it because it tells me the drivers are loading) but nothing on the BB software. Any suggestions? Having problems getting the RIM software to load also. Frustrating. Could this be a dead battery life problem? I was thinking overloaded memory with texts and all but with no internet, how much memory could be full from just text messages and other little things? Any offered suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!
