Default "Server unavailable, please try again later" BB 9650

Please Login to Remove!

I'm helping a friend of mine. He has a Blackberry Bold 9650, he is unable to login to an app he has downloaded. He can download the app just fine, but when he tries to login he get error message: Server unavailable, please try again later." I am able to login into this same app just fine, using both his and my own account. What setting in his blackberry coulf be causing this issue? Thanks for any help!

I found "Edit default permissions" under the app options. I tried setting everything to "deny" on my BB to see if I can replicate the issue - no luck, I'm still able to get in fine.

Found it, thanks. Since I don't have access to my friends BB right now, I'm trying to replicate the issue on my BB. I have the same model.

Tried setting all permissions to "deny" - still able to login :(
