Default Blackberry curve Wi-Fi

im getting a bb curve 8900 and i was wondering if i could connect my bb to wifi and use the browser and apps that require data. i dont have a data plan (please dont tell me that i need one or i should get one). i currently use a g1 and the browser, twitter and facebook apps that require data work on wifi, so i was wondering if i could do that with the bb curve 8900. thank you for your time

Browser can be made to work, twitter, facebook won't without a proper BB data plan.

hotspot browser will absolutely work without a data plan over wifi.

hot spots browser and other browsers like operaMini and bolt work on wifi without the need for a data plan..but thats about all your gonna be able to do..that and UMA since you are running USA T-Mobile.
