Also, with tour 2 being a new product its pretty unlikely that the approval process for it would result in 5.0 arriving sooner on the tour, there would obviously be some overlap in development between all the cdma devices, but storm, tour etc. are getting a maintenance release and that would most likely be tested separately from a new hardware release.

Really can't consider the 8520 an "entry level" device at this point, right now it's currently a top contender for CDMA users, I am really considering getting it at this point (but probably won't).
I mean the 8520 has more features then the Tour, I honestly consider Wi-Fi more important then EVDO RevA., a crispier screen, and a Flash on my camera. Of course I am in Wi-Fi settings more often then actual EVDO signal so that is my reasoning for it.
Now when the Tour2 comes then we can call it an "entry level" device. (Even though we don't consider the current 83xx/89xx Curves entry level devices)
