using itunes i downloaded a ted.com talk (mp4) and put it into the video folder on my bb. loaded it and tried to watch.

can get audio but no video. (it works ok on my pc)

i downloaded the latest OS a few weeks back (4.7?).

am using the inbuilt music/video player. works fine for mp3 files.

any thoughts gentlemen?
