BBWeather no longer works on my BB. I get a failed to transmit error. So I deleted the program and tried to re-install OTA (failed because of a new policy on my BES that prevents me from downloading OTA apps). Since that didn't work I tried to re-install via the ALX from the original download. That won't install and the App Loader says that the signature files were invalid!

So I redownloaded thinking files corrupt. Same thing. I think the 4.2 Desktop Manager doesn't like this BBWeather program? Or could I be missing something else?

I just tried to put 4.2 on the 8700g and failed, so it freshly has 4.1.0.286 and still won't load the BBWeather app.

Is anyone willing to try a remove and re-install via Desktop Manager 4.2 to see if it's me or everywhere?

spill the beans on where to get 4.2 since it was my belief that it hasn't been released yet.

Desktop Manager 4.2 is on the Blackberry website.

Keep in mind that I mean the software you install on the PC, not on the

Running desktop manager 4.2.0.10 and bbweather v0.75with out any problems.

My last question was dumb but im not sure and I dont want to d/l unless I know what I am getting. There is a post on engadgetmobile.com with screenshots of 8700 4.2 os. Are these the shots that you have?
