How do you guys monitor your users? I haven't found any real way to monitor devices reliably yet. Can't really go by last contact time. The way i'm doing it now is having it alert me if someone gets x number of pending data packets and setting the threshold to ignore it on weekends for those that turn off their devices. Is there a better way to know when a phone is actually malfunctioning rather than off or out of coverage?
