you should pray every night before you go to bed for the rest of your life that you got a BB instead of Sprint sending you a Q.

ok...well it's not quite that bad...but yes, BB triumphs over the Q.
you will not be sorry that Sprint messed up, but now you need to get a BIS or BES Data plan, and NOT a PDA Data plan. make sure you set that up properly
