Does this also work on the 8100? If so, exactly how do you enter this? I've tried to no avail.

Download JL_CMDR. This will allow you to view the event log.

While keeping the ALT key depressed, punch in LGLG - case does not matter.

It works fine; as sanjeevjoshi said, press and hold the ALT key and type LGLG

Thanks - you're all right, I just wasn't entering it properly. Got it now.

Accessing system log +LGLG
