When there is an outgoing or incoming call through my phone other party is not able to hear my voice when I am abe to hear their voice. Do anybody have any idea about this kinda problem?

did you do a battery pull with the phone still on?

Yea check the OS. Install .107 if you have not already. I had that problem with the old OS but the new one corrected it.

I had same issue. I replaced sim card, and never happened again. cingular gave me new sim for free.

I had the same problem last year. TMO said it's a known issue, and sent me a replacement for free.

I dropped my first pearl and it screwed up the screen, I got a replacement (refurbed) phone as a replacement and when I was on the phone, the called couldn't hear my voice, but when I was on my bluetooth headset it worked. I returned that phone and have been on my 3rd pearl for a few months w/o any problems.

Try bluetooth or another hands free device & maybe speaker phone and see if the problem follows the different mediums, then call support & see what they can do for you.

I'd get the insurance, it's so worth the money!
