Default New Blackberry User, problem with internet browser

Please Login to Remove!

I've had my BB for about two weeks now. Everything is great except I'm unable to access my internet browser. I receive the message, "You are not currently in an area that can handle data communication." I receive this message anywhere and everywhere I go.

I'm just looking for help on how I can access my browser.

After trying to look up some possible solutions I can tell you that:

In the upper right hand corner it says, "GSM". It has never said anything other than that.

I've done a battery pull and that did nothing.

I've gone to the "Host Routing Table", but it says "No Entries" so I can't do anything there.

Please help out a newbie!

Make sure Under Mobile Network you have Data Services: On If it is call AT&T. You should at least be showing a lower case edge.

I checked it and it is on, so I'll pretty much have to call to get this worked out?

Wirelessly posted (7130e)

Also try a battery pull if you already have the data plan. A devicen reset may do the trick. Good luck.
