Do you have a BlackBerry plan? Under browser options what's the default browser?

Options -- Advanced Options -- Host routing table (blackberry key) -- Register now.

Do that to register to the wireless network and get more browser options. If you can't register login to BIS and resend your service books. If you can't do that contact the carrier, your handset is not provisioned properly.

Good to have you back.

By the way did you have the curve replaced 3 times for the same reason?
