Why my BB 9550 storm odin always stuck at the screen.. ?. Sometimes when i click an application, but the other application open. Sometimes it make a phone call by it self. Please... Help me...

Have you dropped it or has it gotten wet?

The 9550 is a relatively old device so it might be time to cut your losses and replace it.

No.. I was sure that my device not in wet condition. Is it possible because the virus ?. I really love 9550, my favourite device than the others that i ever had. How to solve the problem ?

There are no virii that affect BlackBerry.

Is the software up to date? How many applications do you have? Delete any that you don't need.

That said, the 9550 is quite an old device. It might be time to upgrade.

I have tried to open this device.. Very very complicated parts inside... Now.. The auto reboot, doesn't work after i change the version of the OS.
