hi, please help..

my problem with my phone started with the sound problem.. just like other posts here, everything is working fine if i use my headset, and when i'm talking to someone on the phone, even if im not using my headset the person on the other line can hear me... so i tried updating my os to 7.1.xx nothing happened, also tried pulling the battery while the phone is still on for so many times and still nothing happened... that's just the first...

second problem happened yesterday, when i try to use any application it's as if im pressing the back button until it reaches the home screen.. like for example if i will compose a message, once i typed a letter, it will start to go back to the home screen, so just imagine how frustrating it is to send a simple message like "hello". it also happens when i use my blackberry messenger, browser, and other applications...

please help, i upgraded and downgraded the os thinking it might work but still having the same problem.. my phone has 7.0.0.296 installed if in any case this might be useful...

Unless you have an App that is corrupting the OS it sounds like drop damage or water damage. Ever have it in a room with high moisture or steam? Wet from rain?

If it is water and you know it was recent then try the phone in a bag of rice for a couple of days but it may not help. If you did drop it, it could have keyboard and headset connector damage.

Depending on your ability, parts are available but repair may be beyond you. If it's old enough it may be better to upgrade.

I only have whatsapp and viber installed. My phone has never been wet because I always leave it in myroom or bag..

What do you mean old enough? How will I know when was my phone manufactured? Thanks..

I'm planning to have my phone repaired but I can't seem to find a service center here in abu dhabi.. Please help...
